About Santera Tequila

Santera Tequila is 100 percent blue agave Tequila made at the Casa Maestri distillery in the heart of Tequila, Jalisco. Joshua. R. Rudy found the company in 2015.

The history behind Santera Tequila

Santera Tequila is produced from agave, which is grown in the red volcanic soil of the dormant Volcan de tequila. This volcano last erupted 20 thousand years ago, which gives the soil plenty of mineral richness and the perfect environment for blue agave to be cultivated.

They harvest the hearts of agave plants for Santera in a sustainable farming way. This helps produce high-quality tequila for its consumers. The hearts are roasted and fermented naturally to produce soft and balanced flavors in the tequila, which are then filtered after a single batch distillation process.

The master distiller of the company, Augustin Sanchez, meticulously takes care of preparing wonderful best-tasting tequilas with great aromas and taste profiles. Each bottle has 40% alcohol content by volume.
