About Carpe Diem Barcelona

Carpe Diem, like the name suggests will definitely make you want to seize every moment spend there. The club is located right off the beach and the beautiful view combined with the intoxicating club environment is almost too good to pass up. Whether you want to pose like a celebrity in front of the club’s media wall or on the big glorious Buddha statue, you are sure to get your fair share of Instagram worthy picture in this club. The club is for anyone and everyone; whether you are looking for a nice dinner with a beautiful view of the beach or a night of drinks and partying; the club caters to all. The restaurant and beach club at Carpe Diem have wonderful food and service for anyone who wants to have a nice meal in a relaxing environment. And for the party animals, the club is great since the drinks are delicious and the music is loud. The club even has VIP tables for those partiers who want to have the full experience of what Carpe Diem has to offer. And when you’re done, you can walk out barefoot and enjoy putting your feet in the beautiful white sand beach.

Location

The beachfront club is at 32 Passeig Maritim. It is located right off the beach, in fact, once you step out, your feet are greeted by sand. The club which is located in Barcelona is near the Ciutadella – Vila Olimpica so the club is easily accessible for those using the city’s Metro service.

VIP Table Guide

VIP Tables are great for groups of friends who are looking to have a good time without any hassles. If you reserve a VIP table, you are not only guaranteed entry into the club but you are a prioritized patron for them. All the VIP tables can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. There are three levels to the VIP tables at Carpe Diem. The third tier VIP table is called the ‘Standard’ table and costs 300 Euros, it is in the backline. The second tier VIP table is called the ‘VIP’ and costs 500 euros, it is in the second row, and the first tier of the VIP table is called ‘First Row’, like the name suggests it is in the first row! All VIP tables come with certain perks including a designated hostess, a bottle spend, fast track entry into the club amongst other things!

Bottle Service

The standard tables at Carpe Diem cost about 300 Euros and include a bottle of liquor and 10 mixers of your choice. The bigger the table is, the more you are bound to get. All table prices include certain drinks such as Absolut, Brugal and more. However, if you want to opt for premium drinks they will cost you extra.

The Dress Code

Of course if you are going to be a VIP at Carpe Diem then you need to look the part! The dress code for both men and women is elegant and chic. You need to make sure you are not wearing anything casual like t-shirts and jeans, no beachwear and absolutely no athleisure. The club has a formal dress policy; you need to turn up looking your best. So boys dust off your favourite sports jacket and formal shoes and ladies get your cocktail dress and stilettos out because you need to look good!

What is the VIP Dress Code?

You must have to look pretty fly in a VIP nightclub whether you are a man or a woman. It becomes quite tough for every gender to select what to wear while going to the top VIP nightclubs. The woman are advised here to wear short dresses with heels. The men are advised to wear collar shirt, dress pants, and dress shoes. Depending on the city, club, night and season the dress code is sometimes flexible. So I definitely recommend letting us brief you on what is ok for the night out you plan on having. Sometimes Shorts are acceptable with the right shoes. Sometimes there are no hats allowed. Some places don’t allow T-shirts on certain nights. Etc, etc.

Can I get shisha with my spend?

Almost all nightclubs offer shisha services for the VIPs. You must have to ask the host contact about the availability of the shisha service at their nightclub. But almost always yes!!

What is a minimum spend and how does it work?

Every VIP table has a minimum spend. Minimum spend means the amount you would have to spend on alcohol during your stay. If the minimum spend of a table is $1000 then you have to pay that amount at the door when entering the club.

This then guarantees a certain table in the club, with bigger and better tables requiring a higher minimum spend. However, the tables and cover charges themselves are totally free. The entire minimum spend is credited to the bottles you then order.

The minimum spend of a VIP table changes on a night to night basis according to the location of the table, holidays, days of the week, nature of live performances, big-name DJs, and number of people.

What happens when we arrive at the club?

The VIP guests are picked by the security or club representatives from the gate when they arrive. They do not have to line up for entering the club. You are advised to bring your ID, fulfil dress code, and come at the right time. The club representative will take you to your table if you booked a VIP table with us. You will get the drinks on your table, a waitress will serve you the whole night, and security personnel will guard you.

Are any tips, taxes and surcharges included?

The tips, taxes, and surcharges are in your reservation fee in most cases. In some cities, notably in the USA and London they will be added in the final bill. In that case, leave another 20% margin for tips & taxes.

Can you send me the bottle menu?

Absolutely! We have bottle menus available for all nightlcubs we work with, just ask our host to send it to you so you can have and idea of what minimum spend you’d like to reserve. There are some premium offers for your reservation in which you get some bottle packages and shows on the night.

Can you send me the table map and can I choose a specific table?

Yes, you can choose a specific table for yourself or your group by watching the table map. Every table has its own minimum spending. You can choose whichever table has the right minimum spend and location for you night out. However, some clubs do not allow specific table choices for lower minimum spends. However, rest assured that our hosts will do their best to get you the best possible table for the price.
